Xbox 360 Achievements are about to give you more than just bragging rights. According to the Xbox Live Rewards official Twitter account, soon your Achievements will allow you to earn rewards:

The Xbox Live Rewards program gives you points for doing things like renewing your Gold Membership, buying items on the Marketplace, and taking surveys. These points can be spent just like Microsoft Points, feeding right back into the monster. And now, all those hours you spent playing BioShock without dying are going to pay off – in real life money.
