Phoenix Wright is back! A report in the latest issue of Famitsu (translated by Andriasang) has revealed that the crafty lawyer will be returning to portable gaming devices in Ace Attorney 5.
Ace Attorney 5 will be available for the 3DS and will see the return of Phoenix Wright as the main character. Wright was last seen as the star of the series in 2007′s Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations.
Few details about the game were revealed, but we do know that it takes place one year after Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, a courtroom explosion figures prominently in the beginning of the game, and “a mysterious girl in yellow clothing” will be helping Phoenix.
A playable demo of Ace Attorney 5 will make an appearance at the Tokyo Game Show later this month, and hopefully a US release date will be announced soon.
