Sony announces Minecraft, N++ for the PS4

minecraftIt’s been a long time coming, but Minecraft will finally be available on a Sony system this year. The mining and crafting hit was released for the Xbox 360 last year and is expected to be available on the Xbox One this November. Minecraft for the PS4 (no word yet on if it will use the “Minecraft: PS4 Edition” name) will be available during the system’s launch window and will be released sometime between November 15 and December 31.

And N++, the “definitive” ninja platformer from Metanet Software, will also be available for the PS4 this year. It too will be released during the system’s launch window and Metanet has promised a colorful new look for the franchise, which you can get a taste of (thanks to the first teaser trailer) after the break.
