PS Store Today: Ultra Street Fighter IV, Game of Thrones: Episode 4, Mega Man 8, more

It’s Tuesday and the PlayStation Store is once again overflowing with new releases including…

  • Capcom brings their famed Street Fighter series to the PS4 for the first time with Ultra Street Fighter IV.
  • Capcom will also add the nearly forgotten Mega Man 8 to the PSone Classics section of the store this week.
  • Telltale will continue their Game of Thrones adaptation on the PS3 and PS4 with Game of Thrones: Sons of Winter.
  • Beloved mobile side-scroller Badland is now available on the PS3, PS4, and Vita as a Cross-Buy title.
  • Magicka 2, an overhead action RPG, will cast its spell on the PS4.
  • And finally, NASCAR 15 will turn right onto the PS3.

Super Street Fighter IV goes Ultra! New challengers Decapre, Elena, Hugo, Poison, and Rolento join the fight for a total of 44 characters in this enhanced version of the absolutely iconic fighter.

Game of Thrones: Sons of Winter ($4.99)
In Episode 4, the fate of the scattered Forresters hangs in the balance, and no one allied with the family is safe. An unexpected meeting offers Rodrik a new opportunity to free Ironrath from its Whitehill stranglehold, but with young Ryon Forrester still held prisoner, his next moves are critical. Gared must abandon Castle Black and venture beyond the Wall in search of the mysterious North Grove, risking encounters with Wildlings and worse. In King’s Landing, the population is reeling from a recent royal death, and Mira must step carefully in an increasingly complex game of politics where secrets are traded as currency. Magicka 2 ($14.99)

Roundabout ($14.99)
Roundabout is a 70s B-Movie game where you drive a constantly revolving limousine! Pick up passengers, find secret collectibles, take on dangerous missions, and fall in love in an open world puzzle adventure.

Crazy Climber ($7.99)
Crazy Climber is an action game produced by Nichibutsu in 1980. Players control the right hand and left hand to overcome various obstacles and climb to the top of a skyscraper. Don’t look down, people!

Ninja-Kid ($7.99)
Ninja-Kid is an action game that was released by UPL in 1984. Players control Ninja-kun who puts a red hood on and traverses scaffolding consisting of several stairs up, down, left or right. Players defeat enemies with a shuriken.

PS3 Games

PS Vita Games

Invizimals: The Resistance ($14.99)

Octodad: Dadliest Catch ($14.99)
Octodad: Dadliest Catch is a game about destruction, deception, and fatherhood. The player controls Octodad, a dapper octopus masquerading as a human, as he goes about his life. Octodad’s existence is a constant struggle, as he must master mundane tasks with his unwieldy boneless tentacles while simultaneously keeping his cephalopodan nature a secret from his human family.

Vitamin Z (Free)
Vitamin Z is an action-packed free to play game that will have you on the edge of your seat! Blow up zombie fruits and veggies, earning precious Z that you will use to upgrade your gear and delve deeper into the besieged lab. Earn Trophies, complete missions, and conquer the leaderboards.
