No, that’s not a typo. Welcome to the Weekly Warp-Up, your weekly wrap-up of the biggest and the best articles posted at Warp Zoned this week…
It’s a good time to be a Sonic the Hedgehog fan, as Sega delivered updates on both of the Blue Blur’s upcoming games this week. First up, Sega confirmed that Sonic Mania‘s launch date has dashed to Summer 2017, though the publisher also revealed a new trailer for the game’s “Flying Battery Zone.” Later this year, Sega will also release “Project Sonic,” a new 3D entry in the franchise. Developed by Sonic Team, a new trailer revealed that “Project Sonic” will officially be known as Sonic Forces.
Elsewhere on Warp Zoned this week, we reviewed Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment, one of the best games currently available Nintendo Switch. And our examination of the Scientifically Proven Best Video Games of All Time rolled on with #38… Tomb Raider.
