Xbox Store Today: Fortnite, Zed Blade, Conga Master

A trio of new games were added to the Xbox Games Store today…

First up is Fortnite, an “Action Building” game from Epic that’s been in development for more than five years. But it’s now available to download for the Xbox One, and it gives players the chance to defend their base from attack. After building a series of traps and walls, Fortnite’s can venture out into the world and go on the offensive against the mutant horde.

Also available to download for the Xbox One today is Zed Blade, a horizontally-scrolling shooter that was originally released for the NeoGeo in 1994; and Conga Master, an arcade dancing game from Undercoders.

You can learn more about all of these games after the break.

Xbox One Games

Fortnite
The Storm came without warning. 98% of the world’s population vanished … then came the monsters. Lead the world’s remaining Heroes in the fight to hold back the Storm. Explore the large, destructible world where no two games are ever the same. Build huge forts, craft exotic weapons, find loot and level up your Heroes. Take on the Storm with four player online co-op. Welcome to Epic Games’ new Action Building game, Fortnite.

Zed Blade
Zed Blade is a horizontal-scrolling shoot ’em up released by NMK in 1994. With the ability to select aircraft weaponry, you can battle in a way that fits your play style. Join Operation Ragnarok to destroy the giant runaway fortress Yggdrasil.

Conga Master
Shake your virtual hips to the ridiculously fun arcade action of Conga Master as everyone fights to make the longest conga line possible. No rhythm required – anyone can conga! Playing Conga Master couldn’t be easier: steer your dancer across the floor, adding people to your line as you go. Longer congas let you add people faster, but watch out for pigs stinking up your line! Even better, drag three friends onto the dance floor for some local multiplayer conga madness and see who’ll become the true Conga Master!
