See the newest trailer for Cube Life: Island Survival, which is coming to Nintendo Switch and PS4 in Late Spring 2017
Cypronia previously announced that their Minecraft-like sandbox game, Cube Life: Island Survival, was on its way to the Nintendo Switch and PS4 in 2017. Today, the developer confirmed the game will be available in “Late Spring” and unveiled a new trailer.
While we don’t exactly when Cube Life: Island Survival will be released for the Switch and PS4, we do know how much it’ll cost… $4.99. But players who have previously purchased the game for the Wii U will be able to download it for free during the first four days after launch.
With its voxel-based graphics, Cube Life: Island Survival is a sandbox survival game that bears a striking resemblence to Minecraft. But that didn’t stop the developer, Cypronia, from releasing the game for the Wii U in 2015.
Today, the developer confirmed, via Twitter, that Cube Life: Island Survival HD (working title) is in the works for the PS4 and Nintendo’s Switch:

There’s no release date yet, but as Cypronia promised, more information will be revealed soon.
It’s Thursday, which means it’s time for another Nintendo Download. Here’s a look at some of the titles you can find on the Nintendo eShop beginning today:
- Adventures of Pip is a side-scrolling platformer for the Wii U that pumps pixels into its main character to help him overcome challenges.
- Pac-Attack is a “fun and quirky” for the Wii U’s Virtual Console that originally appeared on the Super NES.
- Cube Life: Island Survival is a game that looks ridiculously similar to Minecraft and its available now for the Wii U.
- Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven is a Japanese RPG for the 3DS that bases its attack system on bowling over your opponents.
More information on all of these games (and a few more) can be found after the break. (more…)
