Valve has announced the official launch of the Steam Trading feature. Previously available only in a closed beta, all Team Fortress 2 and Spiral Knights players can now trade in-game items to each other, with support for Portal 2 coming in the near future. This feature also applies to games that have been purchased as gifts or Extra Copies. Valve has set up a Steam Trading FAQ to answer any questions players might have at SteamPowered Support and has plans to expand the Trading feature to other games in the future (as deals with publishers are reached).
So what are you waiting for? There are an innumerable amount of hats out there just dying to be traded!
