Injustice: Gods Among Us gameplay trailer showcases Killer Frost and Ares
With just a few days to go before the game’s release, NetherRealm has dropped yet another trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us. This new video shows the very Sub-Zero-esque Killer Frost, going toe-to-toe with Ares for over two minutes.
Injustice: God Among Us launches on April 16 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the Wii U.

Tearaway enters the PS Vita fold on October 22
Media Molecule has revealed the boxart and release date for their upcoming PlayStation Vita title Tearaway. Tearaway will hit shelves on October 22, it will also come with a reversible cover that shows Iota and Atoi on either side.
Players will control one of two messenger buddies around the vibrant, papery worlds, allowing them to poke holes in the terrain, unfold bridges, blow things around, and paint the local wildlife in whatever color they feel.
Media Molecule’s Community Manager, James Spafford, told the PlayStation Blog more about the game, saying: “You’ll uncover a magical dimension inspired by folklore, and built realistically from paper that unfolds and comes alive before your very eyes. As you explore this world you’ll meet the papercraft creatures that live within it, help out strange new friends and encounter dangerous challenges.”
Rex Crowle, the Lead Designer on Tearaway, spoke a bit about the title in a video interview that also shows off a lot of Tearaway’s gameplay. You can find it after the break. (more…)
Go behind-the-scenes of CoD: Black Ops II’s “Mob of the Dead” in this trailer
Treyach’s development team has shed some light on “Mob of the Dead” in this behind-the-scenes video of the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops II DLC pack “Uprising.”
The video shows the process of taking the famous island prison of Alcatraz and turning it into a terrifying background for the much-loved Zombies game mode. The development team also talks voice actors, weapons, and some of the mode’s new features.
“Mob of the Dead” (and the rest of the Uprising Map Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops II) is set to be unleashed on the Xbox 360 on April 16. A PC and PS3 release will follow in the coming weeks.

Tom Clancy’s: Splinter Cell: Blacklist officially confirmed for Wii U
On Wednesday, Nintendo and Ubisoft officially confirmed that Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist will be available on the Wii U in addition to the previously announced PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 editions.
Wii U users will be getting “a unique gaming experience” as Ubisoft plans to enhance the gameplay using the Wii U’s GamePad controller.
The GamePad will also players to “operate innovative gadgets, take out enemies and move through the environment, and intuitively switch between weapons, among other features.”
Splinter Cell: Blacklist will sneak onto the Wii U on August 20 in North America, August 22 in EMEA regions, and August 23 in the UK.

Lost Planet 3 pushed back to August 27

Capcom announced that their sci-fi action shooter, Lost Planet 3, will miss its original June release date, and will now be landing in August instead.
At the end of a long press release detailing Capcom’s plans for the year, they snuck in that Lost Planet 3 will now be releasing August 27 in North America, and August 30 in Europe. Eurogamer is reporting the game’s delay should be put down to “business reasons.”
When Lost Planet 3’s new release date comes around, the game will be launching on the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
