The Water Festival happening in Pokemon Go has been very kind to me! I caught a lot of Magikarp (no shiny yet!) and today, I got a Lapras! I was so excited. And I finally have all three of the Gen 2 starters. I love that game!

It’s just one week until Persona 5 hits my PlayStation 4, and I’m not sure what to play in the meantime! I don’t want to start anything that will last more than a week, but I also don’t want to not play anything. But to be honest all I can think about is Persona 5, so what’s the point? Maybe I’ll just watch television for a week.

Anyway, let’s talk about Persona 5 – I mean, today’s deals! First up is the Humble Hooked on Multiplayer Bundle, which just went live! So, instead of trying to decide which of the games in my pile to start, I decided to go back and try to finish up the Titanfall 2 campaign, and boy am I ever glad I did! I’ve been having a blast with it the past few days, and I think I’m almost finished. I wasn’t thrilled about it when it came out, but it’s been super exciting since I picked it back up again!

I’ve been trying to decide what game to start next after beating Firewatch, but I’m just not sure where to start. I still have a big pile but it’s too intimidating to choose! Plus, Persona 5 comes out soon, so I don’t want to get into too big of a commitment. Decisions, decisions!

Well, it’s been a long and incredible couple of weeks! I went to PAX East, finished up all my grad school work, got a new full time job, and went to UnPub 7! There have been so many changes and I’m still just trying to keep ahead of it all! But now I’m back, and it’s time for me to bring back the Daily Scoop!

Today is my birthday, woo! I was hoping to get some gaming in but it’s all work, homework, and packing for PAX East. We leave tomorrow! We are having a quick celebratory dinner tonight, but other than that, it’s just all business. I mean, that’s not really fair to say – I’ve been treated well today, with a cookie cake, ice cream, and gifts, as well as loads of hugs. So I can’t complain!

I am so close to finishing the DLC for Dishonored! I think I might be able to finish it tonight or tomorrow, just in time to head to PAX East and hopefully play a bunch of games. Super excited!
