It’s almost impossible to get through a single refresh of my Twitter or Facebook feed without listening to people freaking out about the Xbox One reveal! I’m going to wait and see what Microsoft has to say at E3 before making any judgments about it. Here’s hoping they show some of those games they were talking about!

Well, it’s been a crazy week, but things are finally slowing down! Saturday was GameLoop Philly, then Sunday was a surprise 80th birthday party for my grandmom, and Monday I was on a panel about video game writing with Chris Grant, Amanda Lange, and William Stallwood! It was amazing, but I am now amazingly tired. It’s time to get back to playing video games again! Oh, and moving into my new apartment, which feels like it’s taking an eternity. I can’t wait until it’s all finished!

Today’s deal is the new Humble Weekly Bundle, featuring Alan Wake. If you opt for the Collector’s Edition, you get extra content, including “special episodes ‘The Signal’ and ‘The Writer’ as well as developer commentary videos, an illustrated PDF book, and soundtrack.” These bundles only work on Windows, and you’ve only got seven days to buy it. So Krieg is finally out! And we haven’t gotten a chance to play him yet! NOOOOOO!! And tonight we have free tickets for an early screening of the new Star Trek movie. So there are going to be some difficult decisions to make tonight… or maybe they won’t be so difficult. Anthony and I are planning on playing double Kriegs, so hopefully that’s either twice the fun, or twice the team kills!

Just one interesting deal today, and that’s over at Play Asia. Their daily deal right now is God of War: Ascension Steelbook Edition for $39.90. This is a pretty good deal, so if you’re into the series and just haven’t had the chance to pick this one up yet, at 50% off, this might be worth it.

Well, it’s not really a Daft Punk edition, per se, as it is a day brought to you by Daft Punk. Their new album, Random Access Memories, is available to stream via iTunes, and I’ve been listening to it all day. They’re so catchy it’s stupid! Stupid, I say.

Amazon has some digital deals up right now. 1000 Suba Points: Mission Against Terror is free, while Hitman: Absolution is $4.99, and the Professional Edition is just $4 more. The main deal page says that Sleeping Dogs is just $9.99 until tomorrow, but the page says $29.99, so I’m not sure what’s up with that. There also having a big Rockstar sale, with 50% off PC downloads and a $5 credit. Scoop ’em up!

Welcome to yet another Monday! I hope that you had a great weekend. We were busy running around a lot – we spent Saturday in Maryland at a Dungeons & Dragons Battle Interactive, and then yesterday was a mix of spending time with my family and moving boxes into our new apartment. I’m exhausted but I’m glad we got everything started! Now just a million more boxes left to go…

There are some great new deals going on at Amazon today. Injustice: Gods Among Us is $49.99 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and $48.92 on the Wii U. The Collector’s Edition is $20 off, marking it down to $79.99. The latest Atelier game, Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk, is on sale as well for $34.99. Scoop ’em up!

Well, it’s finally Friday! I felt like this week just crawled on by. And now I’m going to have another busy weekend! It’s like these weeks just keep meshing into one long week that never ends sometimes. But at least it’s filled with fun stuff! We’re heading down to Maryland tomorrow to play a Battle Interactive, which should be a good time! And Sunday is Mother’s Day, and hopefully also moving some darn boxes day. We’ll see!

The Internet is a place that makes me happy! It always has the best stuff on it, like this Songbird Plush, which I really want to buy. I am trying to wait until we move to buy anything, but when I find something that awesome, it’s really hard to keep my cool!

There are a few new deals at GameStop this week that are worth checking out. The Sims 3 University Life Limited Edition is half price at $19.99, and The Sims 3 Seasons Limited Edition is as well. Call of Duty: Black Ops II and FIFA Soccer 13 have both dropped $20 down to $39.99, and Fight Night Champion and Skate 3 have both dropped $5 to $14.99. Scoop ’em up!
