Sony has performed the usual Tuesday update for the PlayStation Store and, this week, we’re greeted to a pair of threes: Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Killzone 3 Multiplayer. Also available this week is the Move minigame collection Medieval Moves: Deadmund’s Quest, the PSN puzzler Storm, and the PS2 (cult) Classic Primal.

Sony bringing standalone Killzone 3 Multiplayer to PSN
Well this is interesting.
Sony and developer Guerrilla Games have announced that a standalone download of the Killzone 3 multiplayer mode will be added to the PSN next week. Not surprisingly, it’ll be titled Killzone 3 Multiplayer. But surprisingly, it’ll be completely free.
And don’t assume this is some stripped-down demo version either. Killzone 3 Multiplayer is the real deal and contains the Guerrilla Warfare, Warzone and Operations game modes, as well as the original Killzone 3 maps and all the DLC maps.
But of course, there’s always a catch. In the case of Killzone 3 Multiplayer, it’s that level progression will stop once youreaches Sergeant I. So if you want to advance past that point (or take a crack at the four exclusive Trophies the download offers), you’ll have to pony up $15.
But still, as I said, this is very interesting indeed.
