Sonic Forces and Total War: Warhammer II march on PAX West 2017 for Sega

The 2017 PAX West expo begins in just a few days, and Sega has unveiled the two games they plan to showcase at the Seattle-based event… Sonic Forces and Total War: Warhammer II.
Sonic Forces will be showcasing three action-packed stages featuring Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic and an all new, series-first, fully customizable Hero character, blazing through enemy laden levels at breakneck speed. Sonic Forces puts players in a world already taken over by Dr. Eggman and his evil group of henchmen, which includes Chaos, Metal Sonic, Shadow, and Zavok who are ready to create next-level panic and disorder. Come along and check it out on one of our eight PlayStation 4 stations.
Once you’re done with collecting rings, take up arms and crush your foes in Total War: Warhammer II. The second part of Creative Assembly’s epic fantasy trilogy brings players a breath-taking new narrative campaign, set across the vast continents of Lustria, Ulthuan, Naggaroth and the Southlands. The Great Vortex Campaign builds pace to culminate in a definitive and climactic endgame, an experience unlike any other Total War title to date. There will be two playable quest battles on offer across 27 PCs, featuring three out of the four races available at launch: Skaven vs Lizardmen and Skaven vs Dark Elves.
Both games will be available to play in Sega’s booth, which will be located on Level 4 in Booth #1601.

Capcom is bringing six games to PAX West 2017

Are you heading out to PAX West this weekend? If so, you’ll be able to try out half a dozen new games from Capcom, including Dead Rising 4‘s PS4 debut and Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite.
More details on Capcom’s PAX West 2017 presence can be found at the Capcom-Unity blog:
Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite – We have for you the crossover of the century in this all-star attraction at the Capcom booth. With all 30 characters and six Infinity Stones playable, you can craft the team of your dreams! Also, look out for an amazing statue of the game’s super villain, Ultron Sigma, sitting majestically on his throne. It’s a photo opp you don’t want to miss.
Puzzle Fighter – That’s right! Puzzle Fighter is coming back with an all-new sequel built from the ground up for mobile, featuring a legendary cast of Capcom characters from a number of beloved Capcom franchises. PAX West will be the first chance to play the game so come test your gem-crushing skills against other players in intense versus battles. Make sure to keep an eye on www.puzzlefighter.com for more updates and be the first to know when Puzzle Fighter becomes available on iPhone, iPad and Android devices later this year.
Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package – Frank West returns to Willamette, and to the PS4, to catch the latest scoop on a new outbreak, kick some butt, and take grade-A selfies. We’re now bringing that entire experience, plus all additional content, to the PlayStation 4 later this year! Be among the first to try it out at our booth.
Street Fighter V – A new challenger has arrived, and at PAX West this year, you’ll get the chance to try out her mystical trickster moves against other players. Menat is available now on Street Fighter V, but if you don’t have this new character yet, PAX West will be a great place to see what she’s made of.
Resident Evil Revelations – Both newcomers and seasoned veterans alike can experience the thrills and chills of Raid Mode in Resident Evil Revelations! Choose from a cast of memorable characters and fight your way through intense stages, clashing with a variety of enemies pulled right from the game’s story. Enemy variations that can change up their speed, damage, defense, and more will keep you on your toes as you search for both valuable weapons and parts to customize them with. If you can’t play at PAX West, you can always play at home: Resident Evil Revelations is out now for PS4 and Xbox One.
Monster Hunter: World – Step further into the booth and under his wings, and you’ll get to play our latest four player co-op demo of Monster Hunter: World, the first public showing in North America! Featuring all 14 weapon types, two quests to choose from, and the entire expanse of the Ancient Forest at your fingertips, there is a lot to explore here! Bring your hunting party or make new friends in line, but just remember to have fun and work together— the Anjanath certainly won’t be holding back!
PAX West will take place this weekend, September 1st through the 4th, at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle.

The Summer is coming to a close this week, but it looks like game publishers are getting a jump on the avalanche of new titles planned for this Fall for more than a half dozen new retail releases this week…
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle caps off Nintendo’s “Summer of Switch” with a colorful and crazy tactical battler. The game was developed by Ubisoft, and Mario and friends will fight back against the invading Rabbids with a unique arsenal of weapons and “humorous fun.”
Also set to launch this week is Yakuza Kiwami for the PS4. Players will get the chance to relive the first adventure of Kazuma Kiryu, the Dragon of Dojima, in this “Extreme” remake of the original Yakuza.
