New trailer for Attack On Titan 2 reveals a March 20 release date
Koei Tecmo has plans to launch another Attack On Titan game in North America next year, and a newly-released trailer has revealed that Attack On Titan 2 will be available for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on March 20, 2018.
The sequel will give players the chance to create their own character, along with an RPG-like relationship mechanic, and new playable characters from the anime series:
Players will be able to create their own custom Scout in Attack On Titan 2, an all-new addition to the series, offering a fresh perspective on the events of both seasons of the worldwide anime hit, Attack On Titan. With enhanced Titan movements, Scouts will have to strategically use a plethora of new abilities in order to survive; from evade-style attacks like the hook drive ability, to long-range sneak attacks – carefully strategized with the help of the new monocular tool!
Additional RPG elements have been implemented into Attack On Titan 2’s Town Life segments; allowing players to build relationships with their favorite characters from the Attack on Titan universe to gain a deeper understanding of their comrades.
Additional playable characters for Attack On Titan 2 include: Hitch Dreyse, Marlo Freudenberg, Mina Carolina, Nile Dawk, Thomas Wagner, Annie Leonhart, Bertholdt Hoover, Reiner Braun, the Armored Titan, the Colossal Titan, the Female Titan, and a “Mysterious Titan” form.

Mega Man Legacy Collection and Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 will be released for Switch in Spring 2018

Capcom had one more announcement to make as part of their “Mega Man 30th Anniversary Celebration” livestream, and it’s one that should make Switch owners very happy. After skipping Nintendo’s Wii U the first time around, the publisher confirmed that Mega Man Legacy Collection and Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 will be released for the Switch in Spring 2018.
Additionally, Capcom said that both games will offer Amiibo support, and the first Mega Man Legacy Collection will receive a new Rewind option “to go back in time following blunders.” The Rewind feature will also be added to the game on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One as a free update.

Capcom officially announces Mega Man 11
It’s finally happening! After years of letting the character wander in the wilderness, Capcom has announced that Mega Man 11 will be released for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch in Late 2018. Developed by an internal team at Capcom, and utilizing a modern art style, the publisher will reveal more information about the next entry in the side-scrolling franchise over the Summer (presumably during the 2018 E3 Expo).
You can check out the truly impressive Announcement Trailer embedded above to get your first sneak peek at the game, and you can tune in to the “Mega Man 30th Anniversary Celebration” on Capcom’s Twitch channel to eavesdrop on a discussion with the developers.
Mega Man X Collection coming to PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch in 2018
Capcom is hosting a special “Mega Man 30th Anniversary Celebration” on their Twitch channel today, and the publisher kicked things off in fine fashion with the announcement of a Mega Man X Collection.
The collection will include all eight games from the Mega Man X franchise (yes, even the much-hated Mega Man X7), and it’ll be released for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in Summer 2018.
UPDATE: In a press release, Capcom said that multiple Mega Man X games will be released in 2018. This could be a typo, or it could also mean that Capcom is planning to release the eight games in the franchise across several compilations or as individual downloads.
New Retail Releases: Horizon Zero Dawn Complete, Dead Rising 4 PS4, The Walking Dead Collection, More

It’s a good time for re-releases, as four well-loved games will be available in new editions this week.
First up, Sony and Guerrilla will repackage Horizon: Zero Dawn in a “Complete Edition” for the PS4. This re-release includes the original game, the Frozen Wilds expansion, and all the bonus content from the Digital Deluxe Edition.
Coming to the PS4 for the first time this week is Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package. The PC/Xbox One game was originally released in 2016, and it makes its PS4 debut in a new collection that includes the original game, all the downloadable content and expansions, and the new Capcom Heroes expansion.
Speaking of zombies, Telltale Games will re-release their entire Walking Dead saga as The Walking Dead Collection for the PS4 and Xbox One. Players will be able to prepare themselves for the final season with The Walking Dead, The Walking Dead Season 2 (and the 400 Days epilogue), The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, and The Walking Dead: Michonne.
Finally this week, Ubisoft will release Steep: Winter Games Edition for the PS4 and Xbox One. The Winter Games Edition will bundle the original game with the brand new Road to the Olympics expansion.

First gameplay trailer for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds’s “Desert” map will be unveiled during The Game Awards

The 2017 Game Awards, hosted by Geoff Keighley, are just a week away. While we already got a glimpse at this year’s nominees, the elusive lineup of “World Premiere” trailers has remained a mystery.
But yesterday, Keighley confirmed that the first gameplay trailer of the “Desert” map from PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds will be unveiled during the Game Awards ceremony on Thursday, December 7.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds was nominated for “Game of the Year” at this year’s Game Awards, as well as “Best Ongoing Game” and “Best Multiplayer.” Considering the way it has captured a huge proportion of Steam’s userbase, a win in any of these three categories wouldn’t be a surprise.
