Tecmo Koei has used the “KT” logo seen to your right since their merger in 2009, and with good reason. In Japan, where the publisher is headquartered, they’re known as Koei Tecmo. Now, the company’s European and American arms will invert their corporate names as well.
The newly renamed company says it’ll take some time before every instance of “Tecmo Koei” changes over to “Koei Tecmo,” but their Twitter account has already made the switch:
As of today July 1st, TECMO KOEI America becomes KOEI TECMO America. We may take a bit of time to complete this change fully reflected.
