Wow, January flew by in the blink of an eye! It was like a blur of homework, video games, and single-digit temperatures. Dead Space 3 comes out next week already, and I haven’t even put a dent in Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch! This year needs to slow down…

Last week, the weather was in the single digits, but this week, things are going to change over here on the East Coast. Tomorrow, it’s supposed to be 60 degrees. 60 degrees! That means I only have to wear one pair of pants and two shirts, tops. Not the two pairs of pants, two pairs of socks, four shirts, and a winter coat that I’ve been wearing. A brief respite from the cold is nice, but this is just going to make me crazy.

Well, it was a long time coming, but my copy of Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch finally arrived! I ordered it straight from Namco Bandai, and it took almost an entire week to get here. I’m so spoiled by Amazon and GameStop, as well as the PSN and Steam, that waiting for a game is almost a foreign concept now. But it’s here, and I’m going to play it to death when I get home tonight!

Not many deals going on today, unfortunately. Amazon has a few video game deals, including Call of Duty: Black Ops II for $45, Chocolatier for $7.50, NBA 2K11 for $16.49, and an Xbox 360 Live Subscription Gold Card for $39.99. Scoop ’em up!

As cheesy as it sounds, it’s true. It is Friday, and I am in love, so I think it’s OK to say it. I’m ready to get some gaming done this weekend, especially since the forecast calls for super snowy times! But it’s more likely that I’ve got a date with homework, as well as some extra credit. We’ll see if I can get in some more Dead Space 3 time while I’m at it!

No new deals today, though the sales at Amazon from yesterday and the day before are still going strong. Check ’em out, or save your pennies for the upcoming releases!

The good news is that it’s been a short week! The bad news is that there’s still one more day left in it before the weekend! I have lots of homework to do, but I’m hoping to get some gaming time in, especially if my super special edition of Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch comes by tomorrow. Come on, mail service! Well, I don’t know what the weather is like in your part of the world, but where I am, it’s absolutely freezing! The temperature is in the single digits, and my digits are not pleased. At least I’ve got the warm comfort of my living room and PlayStation 3 to keep me toasty and happy!

Not too much in the way of deals today. The Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition for the PC is only $19.97 at GameStop right now. You could also surf Amazon’s clearance section, which includes gems like Airline Tycoon 2, Ben 10 Galactic Racing, and Mr. Bean’s Wacky World, all for under $10 each.
