Rumor: Leaked pre-order poster lists Spring 2013 release for Grand Theft Auto V
GTA-Five.pl, a Grand Theft Auto fan site based out of Poland, has posted a picture of what they claim is the official Grand Theft Auto V pre-order poster. If the poster (which you can see to your right) is real, it confirms a number of very interesting things about GTA5.
First, the game is listed as coming to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This isn’t exactly surprising, but Rockstar has been hesitant to confirm just what platforms the fifth GTA will be appearing on. Second, the poster shows a Spring 2013 release date, which is consistent with a previous statement from Take Two’s CEO about the company’s expected profitability in early 2013. The kind of profitability that only comes from the release of a Grand Theft Auto game.
Other details we can glean from this poster include the European content rating (PEGI 18, no surprise there) and the use of the recently released “Pest Control” artwork. Of course, neither can be used to prove the veracity of the poster either way.
So what say you? Too legit to quit? Or faker than an EGM April Fool’s joke?

Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault to be released on November 27
Are you still putting the Ratchet & Clank HD Collection through its paces? If so, you might be interested to know that Sony has given Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault a November 27 release date. The game has also been given a very friendly $19.99 price tag, which applies to both the PlayStation Network version and the retail version.
Yes, retail version. Insomniac’s James Stevenson has confirmed that Full Frontal Assault is quite a bit larger than the last “fun-size” Ratchet & Clank title, Quest For Booty:
As you know, Full Frontal Assault is a “fun-size” project that’s similar in scope to Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty. But Full Frontal is actually bigger than Booty (sorry, couldn’t resist), as we’ve added tons of new features, including the new base assault and defense elements. An even bigger addition to Full Frontal Assault is the replay value we packed in with online / split-screen co-op, and online competitive modes.
And in case you forgot, Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault will be one of the first titles to take part in the PS3/Vita Cross Buy program. So if you purchase the PS3 version, you’ll receive the Vita version for free.

Watch Episode 4 of Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn now
The fourth episode of Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn has arrived and the Master Chief has come with it. It may not be a Halo movie, but the super soldier also known as John-117 has certainly been making the live action rounds over the last two weeks. Here’s where we’re at this week:
While Corbulo Academy is being destroyed by the Covenant invasion, the surviving cadets fight bravely alongside their only hope: The Master Chief.
And don’t forget, next Friday, November 2, marks the conclusion of Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, four days ahead of Halo 4‘s launch on the Xbox 360.

GTA: Vice City hijacks its way onto mobile devices this Fall
Rockstar Games was so pleased with last year’s mobile re-release of Grand Theft Auto III that they’re doing it again. Today, the publisher announced plans to bring a special 10th anniversary edition of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to iOS and Android devices later this Fall.
“Grand Theft Auto: Vice City gave players the freedom of a massive open-world in one of the most iconic and vibrant settings ever realized in a game,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. “It was a defining moment in the series and we’re delighted to be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with a stunning, updated version for phones and tablets.”
Rockstar also plans to support the 10th anniversary of the open world classic with a new series of “commemorative assets including never-before-seen artwork and a brand new anniversary trailer highlighting some of the most iconic scenes and music from the game.” A limited run of Vice City collectibles will also be added to the Rockstar Warehouse soon.
