Well my weekend completely flew by! It was over before I knew it. I saw one of my favorite bands, the Dismemberment Plan, on Friday. It was a blast! On Saturday, Anthony and I met with a friend to discuss our Kickstarter and business stuff, and on Sunday we met with some other friends to catch up at a late brunch. It was a fun and happy weekend! We even managed to get some Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel in there, and I’m coming up on the Elite Four in Pokemon Platinum. I just have to beat it before the new ones come out!

Let’s see, what’s on sale for today? The Humble Store is still celebrating its birthday, and has some pretty great deals! The Metro Redux Bundle is $24.99, Dungeon Defenders is $7.49, and Batman: Arkham Origins is $4.99, just to name a few. Check out the link for many more cheap games!

So last night we went to see Interstellar at the IMAX, and it was beautiful! I didn’t love it as much as I loved Inception, but it’s an utterly gorgeous movie – especially if you love space. If that’s the case, then it’s a must-see while it’s in the theater for sure! Oh, and today is the start of BlizzCon, so get ready for an avalanche of Blizzard news coming at you!

There are some pretty great deals today. It’s the Humble Store‘s first birthday! To celebrate, they’re offering Metro 2033 for free! They’ve also got some sales, like TerraTech for $27.99, a pre-order of Valkyria Chronicles for $17.99, and Rogue Legacy for $3.74, among others.

Other than that, there’s just one new sale at Steam – it’s their Daily Deal. They’re offering Men of War: Assault Squad 2 for $8.74, and the deluxe edition for $9.99.

Today has been so dreary – and the perfect sort of day to stay in, snuggled under some blankets, and play video games. I’m heading out into it tonight to go see Interstellar with some friends! I’m excited about the movie, but definitely not excited about the rain. Hopefully they balance each other out!

There are two brand new bundles today. Over at Indie Royale, there’s the Mixer 11 Bundle. Beat the average to get Trace Vector, Circuits, Little Racers Street, Derrick the Deathfin, Dungeon Lurk II – Leona, LightFish, World Truck Racing, and Zack Zero.

It’s a quiet, cloudy Wednesday here in Philadelphia, and I am eager to get home and play some video games tonight. I’m going to put a little more time into Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, and work on Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel more, too. We’ve hit True Vault Hunter mode and respeced our characters, so we’re still getting the hang of them while taking on the story all over again. It’s actually been more fun the second time around!

There’s not too much going on sale-wise today. At the Humble Store, you can pick up Antichamber for $4.99 and pre-order Fotonica for $7.49. The Daily Deal at Steam is the Worms Collection, which is all the Worms games you can handle for just $17.99! They’re all on sale individually as well, so if you’re just missing one or two, you can pick them up on their own.
