Weekly Warp-Up: Gamescom 2015 in Review

No, that’s not a typo. Welcome to the Weekly Warp-Up, your weekly wrap-up of the biggest and the best articles posted at Warp Zoned this week…

The Gamescom expo in Cologne, Germany has been the place to be all week and it’s still the place to be today. What started as a small show for European publishers and developers has grown into one of the largest gaming conventions in the world and this year’s show features an impressive batch announcements and reveals to match.

But first, catch up on What the Warp Zoned Staff Played in July 2015 and our picks for The Games of August 2015. Also, there’s a new review of the 80s-inspired racer Spectra.

With that out of the way, on to the Gamescom news!

Release Date Updates

  • Do you find it hard to keep up with all the latest release dates? So do we. That’s why we regularly publish a digest of newly-announced and newly-changed release dates. The latest Video Game Release Calendar Changelog covers as many pre-Gamescom 2015 announcements as we could find including Zombie, Dishonored: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and many more.
